Visiting clients is key to understanding their team environment and operational style. These visits provide valuable insights into the company culture, helping me identify candidates who will not only meet the technical requirements but also thrive within the organization's environment. I also ask clients about the key values they look for in addition to the hard skills. Whether locally or nationally, these visits allow me to gain a full understanding of the role and build strong relationships with my clients. This personalized approach ensures that we make placements that are beneficial for both parties, leading to long-term success.
