Our founder, Roger Radeloff, has been using this proven and practiced method since our inception. The Story of ITS & Roger Radeloff
Since 1984, Mr. Radeloff has led Integrated Talent Strategies. Roger has a technical and engineering background with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Toledo. He also attended the Executive MBA program at Bowling Green State University and is a registered professional engineer in the states of Ohio, Texas, and California. He founded ITS with a focus on supplying contract engineering and design talent to engineering, architectural, and manufacturing firms. Some of our original clients continue to use us in this segment, but as he grew our great company into what it is today, we evolved into a much broader offering. Having a lot of experience with major corporations and engineering firms, he's been able to utilize his expertise to move ITS in the most promising directions. He chose a great team to take it forward into the future but still remains very involved as President/Owner/CEO. In leading a professional staffing and recruiting firm, he retains a vast network of business relationships with major corporations and local businesses. This allows ITS to function as a gateway into a significant professional network that can be used by employers looking for the best experts and employees looking for their perfect fit!
